Michelle McCauley has been a voice in pro-life causes for almost three decades. Her passion is to see abortion ended, and the men and women impacted by it healed.
She began her career in pro-life causes while seeking help from her local pregnancy resource center for abortion trauma. The center director quickly sent her to an Abortion Recovery Retreat, where she found healing. She went from volunteer to staff member and eventually became a Board Member and then Executive Director of that Center. Michelle credits the center with solidifying her work in pro-life causes. After abortion recovery and grief and loss training, she went on to serve with Concerned Women for America, Ran for Sate Senate, and lobbied in both Columbus, Ohio and Washington, DC on behalf of the Heartbeat Bill.
Michelle then went on to help establish and become the Director of The Haven, offering after-abortion care to both men and women through one-on-one coaching, group sessions and weekend retreats. The Haven also established a yearly Memorial Service where all past participants can come and name their children and honor them on the tree of LIFE.
Michelle is now available as a consultant for after-abortion care. She is Executive Director of Deeper Still Northern Ohio, serving as Stephen Minister at her church and enjoys coaching at Fit Body Boot Camp. Michelle has four grown daughters and two furry sons, and resides in Toledo, Ohio.
