My name is Debbie and I have served on the Deeper Still Knoxville team as a volunteer since 2009.

Deeper Still of East Tennessee has been birthed out a calling to carry on the mission of Deeper Still to multiply chapters and see Jesus bring lasting freedom and healing to abortion wounded hearts in the very area the Lord called me to in 1995.

I attended my own Deeper Still healing retreat in the fall of 2007, and have personally experienced the profound healing and restoration from Jesus to my own abortion wounded heart. The healing I received at my retreat propelled me to become an advocate for the preborn and their parents in public arenas, as well as recently joining as a volunteer client advocate at the newly opened Pregnancy Resource Center Sevierville location. I hold a Doctorate in Christian Counseling, am an Ordained Minister, and am a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor through the National Christian Counselor's Association. I

am living proof that Jesus not only saves us from something, but to something. My passion is to share the truths of Jesus so that many more women and men with abortion wounded hearts can experience His love, healing and freedom.

The East Tennessee chapter is located in beautiful Sevier County, home to the vacation destination of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.
